What is a SIRI Assessment ?
The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) is an internationally recognised standard for Industry4 transformation. It was created by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in partnership with a network of leading technology companies, consultancy firms, and industry and academic experts and is recognised by the World Economic Forum.
SIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys. SIRI covers the three core elements of Industry4: Process, Technology, and Organisation.
SIRI is a holistic assessment that focuses on processes, technology and organisational influences.
A SIRI assessment typically occurs over two days at your facility. Your SIRI assessor will take your manufacturing leadership team through a structured process to learn Industry4 concepts, assess your organisation and then prioritise areas where effort is best focused going forward (strategy development). The results of the assessment are recorded in an official SIRI report.
